On je nastupao za Morekamb i imao je svega 23 godine.

Uzrok smrti je nepoznati i čekaju se rezultati obdukcije. Policija je saopštila da nije pronašla tragove nasilja u stanu.
Mbulu je igrao za Brentvud, Milvol i Kru Aleksandru.
